Works flawlessly with an intuitive interface and considerable depth to modifying the samples. You can do everything you ever need to on this app with a little effort. There’s no other comparable app for ease and portability, in my opinion. Extra props for not requiring newer iPhones to work. But still only 4/4 time signatures? Hopefully the developers are working on that!

I’ve been in music production for a while. More than 10 years. I’ve used more DAWs than I can count. Auxy makes it so easy to get my ideas out of my head and into the software. This app makes music production accessible to everyone. My only wish is that the Devs add a feature to adjust the length of a bar. I like odd time signatures and polyrhythm a lot and it’s very frustrating trying to replicate that with fixed bars. I think this would give the producer a lot more freedom over a time signature feature alone. Edit: I think a copy/paste and undo feature would be a game changer as well. It’s annoying accidentally deleting or moving notes and being unable to put them back.

I am ten years old and I write songs about depression and that sort of thing. I also do dubstep just for fun. I hate having to use subscriptions stuff but after having made two complete songs I decided it was worth the money. I WAS RIGHT!! I have done so many songs in this app and I just wanna say that I love having such a simple, user friendly program, unlike cubase , which I hate because it’s WAYY to complicated, but now I can write songs in the way I like. PS: I have been using Auxy apps for a LONG time. When I was seven years old I used the other Auxy app, the one that like Auxy Jam but not Auxy Jan, that’s from this yr... and I made little loops all the time. Thank you, you might be the reason why I am inspired to be a musician when I grow up, maybe even sooner. I can’t believe it’s already been over two years since I downloaded this app in 2017. The interface and layout is so friendly and easy to use. Not to mention the sounds are great too. It’s honestly helped me become a better musician. ??????

Update to my review. Experiencing popping on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Major lagging as well. Is the app running on the efficiency cores rather than performance cores to conserve battery or something? No battery saver on. No auto sleep or auto brightness on. Last time I experienced this it was on iPad OS 13 beta on iPad Mini 5 last summer. This however does not occur (the popping) when wearing bluetooth headphones (Beats Solo) or via iPhone's onboard speaker. I have several pairs of lightning earpods. I tried the 3.5mm headphone earpods with the lightning dongle too. Popping is still present. 3.5 mm earpods connected via USB-C dongle works on iPad Pro 2018 11" no popping. No it's not my 4 different pairs of headphones that's the issue. It's the app compatibility with iOS 13 or iOS 13 itself. I was not on the latest iOS 13 when I first noticed the popping so I updated thinking that'd be the fix. Issue still present. Uninstalled app and reinstalled multiple times. Issue still present. It's happening to others on iPhone 11 series phones and being that i've made demos using Auxy on a $99 (sale price) iPhone SE 1st generation with zero issues to now having issues on a $1249 iPhone 11 Pro Max which is supposed to be more powerful of course i'm pressed. Will restore 5 star rating when fixed. Maybe Auxy looks/feels like a toy, but over plenty of demos and an original 4 hour beat tape in I can tell you it’s one of the greatest musical tools on the App Store & gave me a voice as a producer. Great compatibility with porting songs over to Ableton & expanding upon them on Mac if you please. I often export the WAV or MP3 to the Spire app to record vocals over the beat and create full demos with the notes app open so I could type my lyrics. This app has changed my life. Love ❤️?❤️?. Now time to win Grammys. Thanxx AUXY team! Also, MIDI export is awesome!
