The new app won’t allow my iTunes purchases to be restored. My paid for subscription is unusable.

Final blow was being unable to access magazines I had already purchased. After 20 years of print and app subscriptions, I have had enough.
App keeps getting worse

I’ve had difficulty for years with this app after switching from Print to Digital. Last year finally got iTunes and AutoWeek tech support to get purchase restored and now I’m back in the same frustrating loop.

I'm not sure what Autoweek's objective was when they changed their focus. It’s now nothing more than nascar, karting and champ cars. A pretty limited viewer audience. Of which I’m not part of. Not sure if the current version of the app works. Would not be surprised if it doesn’t.
Can not restore purchases on new app

Have been a subscriber on the app for years. Now I see a new ‘upgraded’ app notice. I can’t restore purchases no matter what I try. I’ve subscribed to Autoweek for over 30 years. This may drive me away if I can’t just go on the app and view issues. Totally frustrated.

I used to subscribe to this magazine for years, but when the things with Satch Carlson came to light I let my subscription lapse. I thought after all this time I would get a digital subscription and try the magazine again. I did and enjoyed the two issues of my one year subscription I was able to download. Since then I haven't been able to access anything. I'm still listed as being logged in, but I cannot download any issues or even the ones I archived. If you can't remedy this situation, please cancel and refund me my subscription costs.I hate to ask this as I enjoyed the two issues I was able to access, but I do not want to pay for something that I am not getting. Thank you very much: Joe S.

The old version of the app was bad, but this new version is terrible for all of the reasons cited other one star reviewers.

What is wrong with Autoweek? Once again the app does not work, The symptoms are always the same: cannot login, cannot reset the password, cannot download. It might be time to hire some real software developers.
