I’ve been a print subscriber for many years and pretty much every month I am unable to download the new issue without re-verifying my print subscription.

Digital mag is ok when you can get to it. Persistent log in issues make this app impossible to recommend.

I rely on the printed magazine, because the app is not good. It will not allow me to view the latest issue!

I have a digital and print subscription yet with each new issue i can only preview the new issue until something happens in the background. My previous issues are there, this is the only app that has this problem. I just wait till the mag comes in my mailbox. Now After two weeks of trying to get into the latest issue, it blows up after 5 minutes of reading. This is the only app that does this

When it works, it’s easy to read issues. But, the app consistently crashes every few minutes for no apparent reason. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it. My device is a 3rd gen iPad Pro 12.9".

The major improvement form my previous review? The photos at least join up properly across the spread. Otherwise its still really poor - crashes all the time if you zoom in the pages. Same complaints regarding login - can’t remember my subscription from month to month. Nags about purchases I didn’t ever make - I’m a print subscriber - can’t you remember that? Love the magazine, hate the app. Give up and license someone else’s code, as in all this time its still not cutting it

Keeps Crashing

I have the latest iOS update and I deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but it keeps crashing in the middle of reading an article. My subscription renewal is coming up this month and unless this is fixed, I will be cancelling my subscription.

WTH seriously is WRONG WITH YOU?!? Your magazine continues to crash die like a junkie on black tar (don’t really know, saw that on TV - but I bet that’s what your designer and release manager are like!” I presume my money hasn’t crashed your bank. So why does Automobile Magazine and the little Automobile news reader CRASH CONSTANTLY?!? No problem with your writing, through photos are slipping a bit in post (yes it’s obvious). Did you fire your eggheads that ran your cyber? It’s probably a flaw in a display postscript element, font, graphic, etc. don’t you know how to preflight? Call me. You need my help BAD. Oh, otherwise, love your magazine and cars and things. Bye.

What A pain to not use the app because it will not stay open. Doesn’t look like anyone wants to fix the problem. Does the magazine even care?

Won’t recognize subscription

All the reviews are right. The app will not recognize your subscription each month and crashes every 30 seconds when you try to use it. Simple disgraceful.
