Turn by turn accuracy. Mechanical issues detected early. Great bonus. I have it on all 3 of my cars and give them as gifts to all my friends.

I picked up this device and downloaded the app on the advice of a roadside assistance guy. Since then it has paid for itself over and over. My daughter will be driving next year and there will be one in her car.

Provides greater security for our family with vehicle location, service and driving information. We can access where the grand parents are, our kids are, and know they have access to help when and where they need it.
Missing the mark on accuracy

Get many notes of “speeding “ that are very inaccurate with regard to the actual speed limit on MANY roads and streets. This is a problem that needs fixing. Other features are great: location, car health, etc
Not acceptable for tracking elderly who rarely drive

It tracks my old pickup as I drive it around for work. However, the Alerts do not work at all. I've spent significant time trying to get alerts to work to no avail. I was thinking of buying one to alert me when my elderly parents go for a drive. Without alerts, it won't be the right solution for that. If that's what you want to do with it, don't buy this one. Update: I decided that this product is unusable for tracking my elderly parents. As others have pointed out, it is always on. My parents don't drive very often which means this device is likely to drain their car battery. That is unacceptable. Besides that, there are many things about it that aren't working correctly. The only alert it has ever given said I was 64 mph over the speed limit when I was driving 74 in a 75 zone. It always reads 0.0 gallons used. Do not buy.

This is a great product, I always know where my kids are. Can follow them on the map see what time they got home or to school. It also shows hard braking and speeding although the speeding is not real accurate but pretty close.

A great unit that helps with maintaining your car, keeping track of location of your car, I am fantastic in case of emergencies with excellent customer service. Gives me great comfort and security who my wife and daughters or using the car.
