Upgrade is great

Skyway Traffic

Love the new upgrade

New version is a terrible regression

Canuck213

Am I the only person who wants to see a list of new articles vs having to flip through each one individually? The old version wasn't perfect, but at least it was capable of presenting a list!

Still no iPad support!?

New update is sharp but I didn't like the sliding mechanism I much rather go with the previous one that had the listed articles so please give us the option to choose either sliding or fully lested articles

Great new app.

Autoblog

The latest update to the Autoblog application can be said to be an overall improvement to the user experience but it can also be said to have its cons as well. First the positives and that can be said to be the enriched auto tools that allow you to easier research vehicles to buy, lease, price or get information on. The update has also allowed Autoblog VR to be incorporated which allows you a simulated experience from inside a vehicle when driving. In terms of aesthetics the interface hasn't improved much to take advantage of the high resolution iOS 9 offers which is a shame since users should be able to view many of the beautiful vehicles in a much better light, especially since sideshow galleries are now present. The vehicle news section has been expanded with many more categories including old favorites such as Autoblog Green, Translogic, and new ones such as celebrity, H2 powered and many more. A drawback can be said here as the news section is a bit more complicated instead of the more simple four main categories of news which existed in the old app. The darker background to articles also makes it more difficult to read. Users can still share and save these articles though. The new version of the app offers many improvements and is still recommended as a download for those who love to follow the automotive world.

It works, but prefer lists rather than flipping

It works, but prefer lists rather than flipping through articles.

Huge Disappointment

This used to be my obsession for auto news each day. Now, with the latest update, I can't see the entire article headline. I have to open each article to see if it is worth reading. Who's idea was that?! Now I only open the app if I'm really bored and desperate for auto news. So sad.

Update? More like downgrade.

I first downloaded Autoblog close to 5 or 6 years ago and have been religiously checking it every day since. However, this new "update" and what seems to be new staff, are absolutely horrible. I was told about Autoblog by a salesman at the Orlando Ferrari dealer when I asked him if there was a way they got their "official" news (granted I'm older now and understand how things work). And up until this year it seems, it was just that. Very official, very professional, and offered what I felt like respectable, immediate news. I am a junior in college and changed my major from business to journalism this year. Even before making this change, I was seeing stupid, unprofessional mistakes in articles, such as missed/misspelled/mis-typed words and more personal opinion articles than news reports, as well as a horrendous layout with the new "update," that doesn't even show the entire title of the articles! I'm not sure who edits things (if they are at all) or who comes up with so many (pointless) opinionated pieces, but they need to rethink how things are ran and executed at Autoblog. I fell in love with the instant official news updates and well written articles a long time ago, not this near garbage that's being published that doesn't even seem professional. Please give your app, and staff for that matter, a refresh. It needs it badly.

Junk - advertising

Hub67

Every time I open an article - a video advertisement starts playing on the bottom of the app - AAARG! Next article - video starts back up - no more use for this app!

Update was great!

Glad to see the app finally updated. It's now actually a great way to read Autoblog.
