The game was fun and I could tolerate the premium until I hit a plateau in the game that required me to pay to improve or I would lose ratings as others pummeled me. If you’re not willing to pay then you’ll inevitably suffer.

Ugh...this game should have been fun. They add in a gold consumable and timer. Like a lot of IAP there is also a roulette system that skews to Mundane items. There is a real $ cost to play direct linked to time (crews expire each 24 hours) and to inventory slots and items etc. yet another potentially great game ruined.

I was not expecting this at all. Fantastic idea, great gameplay. The customization options here are top notch. Viewing the instant reply is highly recommended after a mission or pvp session. This obvious does the buy shop thing but I found the prices reasonable spent a dollar, best dollar I've spent. There are tons of achievements and loot that can be earned, from free play including some of the buy to play coins in free offerings from gameplay.
Tons of potential, poor design

Gameplay is entertaining with a ton of potential, but there are significant issues that decrease overall enjoyment. I have two issues with this game: 1) weapon access is limited and upgrades leave a lot to be desired. 2) loot chests have a ridiculously low yield and are stupidly expensive AND are your sole source for high quality weapons. This game needs more weapons as well as access to those weapons. It needs more armor choices and locations. It needs a more robust, realistic upgrade system. It needs BETTER LOOT BOXES! You shouldn't have to rely on boxes for good weapons.

I'd been playing this game constantly for a couple of weeks when my phone died and I lost all my data. I contacted Gunjin Games through FB and Stephen responded promptly. We walked through multiple possible solutions to resolve the problem and he was eventually able to restore my account. I don't get this level of customer service from things I actually pay for! Thanks Gunjin Games, keep up the good work!
