What's not to like about a well-written app that is free that gives you access to thousands of free books.

The best free audio book app I have found

I am a big fan. I have used the free version and liked it well enough that I bought the "Plus" option as well. This adds some other books and also gives you the option of "better" narrators for some of the books. Wonderful for classics and other things but won't have new stuff like Audible. Audible is great as well but Audiobooks is free (or has a one time $7.99 fee for Plus).

Problems selecting authors and getting "pages" to turn

Not sure what has happened! This used to work well. But I tried to find books by the author's name and the app got stuck at the "a"s and would not move to the selction! Finally gave up and went to another audiobook app.

I was really excited to use because it said thousands of free books and it is not and since I have to read Percy Jackson The Lightning Thief I decided to go and use audible and then I found this app but when I went to go search for the book it wasn't there and I was like what the heck it is one of the #1 New York Times Best seller so you would expect it to be there but guess what it is not so don't trust it it didn't even have the book I needed and I hate paying to use audible and other stuff

I loved this when it worked properly. I had issues with the stories in my library going away and the app crashing quite a bit.

4 Stars only because if the icon!!!
