Too buggy

going private in 15 mins

This app used to be fantastic and one of my frequently used. Now its really buggy and wont let me download and listen at the same time. The interface is all screwy and it can be very unresponsive often. Please fix i need my audiobooks and I don't want to have to resort to using another app. iOS 9.2 iphone 6s

This is the only free audiobook player which I've found usable. It can download entire books rather than chapter by chapter. That might not sound important but try listening to War and Peace or the brothers Ivanovich downloaded chapter by chapter. It'll drive you nuts. Second, it doesn't lose its place or crash when you turn your device off or switch to another app. Again, I can't count how many times I lost my place doing that with other apps. Also, it doesn't lose its place. Topping on the cake is the sleep timer. If you also fall asleep to audiobooks this one is really nice. Search engine isn't perfect, (I downloaded Walden to test this app) and I had to scroll down a ways to find it. On the other hand, the search for random titles is better than librivox's web-sight. This is a keeper.

Books are better for driving. The make the journey quicker. I've used this app for many years.

I can't get the app to open to anything more than a black screen. Or else it crashes in 1 or 2 seconds from a black screen. I'm so disappointed!

Update: 3/13/16 I paid AGAIN and still do not get Plus books and I always get the librivox at the beginning. I love the app, but I've paid twice and only have the functionality of the free version. I have contacted everyone I know to contact and it still isn't resolved. Disappointing Update ... I paid the $7.99 for the plus books but every time I try to listen to one, it tries to charge me again ... Am I just doing something wrong? I love this app. I use it all the time. It's nice to have the classics at my fingertips and have it read to me whenever I am traveling, cooking, cleaning, resting or any other time I can't sit and just read. :)

If I wanted only Librivox...

I deleted this app out of disappointment. The only titles I found interesting were all Librivox recordings, which I have the app for should I want to listen to constantly changing amateur voices through a classic. My search continues..
