If I could give it zero stars I would, it doesn’t have anything I’m looking for. I just want to be able to sit and listen while doing, something but I can’t find any of the books I want. stupid effing thing don’t buy it.

Anytime I have had a question and contacted customer service, I received prompt and courteous replies. I use Audiobooks constantly when I am at the gym, traveling or working around home. Selection is good as is the recorded quality.

I have been very satisfied with all of my purchases. I did however have a problem once and it was rectified quite quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but I feel that the prices are a bit high for some of the books.
