Pretty amazing. New versions stop and crash when in background

Stops playing when in background. Background refresh is on. When you go back to app it restarts and plays whatever the current show is. The ability to rewind and fast forward and replay shows is great. The app is incredible, but I am reviewing it on what it can and can’t do. Anyway, if I pause or stop and have the app in the background, when I pull it back up it restarts, so the ability to pick up where I left off is very limited. I stop the app a lot. I make a call, text, business. Restarting and finding where I stopped is tedious. This is happening more with each update.

I use the Radio.com app almost daily. I constantly have issues. The audio stream will just disconnect. Sometimes if I wait 30 seconds it will reconnect. Sometimes I have to launch the app and click the play button. Sometimes I have to kill the app, then click my station to start listening again. Overall, the app is ok, but they really need to figure out the bugs. Update: I still have constant issues with the app. Crashes. Stream just stops. Steam won’t load. Rewind works inconsistently. This is an app I’m forced to interact with daily and I never look forward to using it. It’s still buggy. It’s not a pleasure to use.

I listen to mainly talk shows. Often, especially on the half hour break, it starts a commercial loop that goes on for 15 minutes or longer, running over the program content. The commercial loop repeats commercials over and over, including stupid PSA commercials. You’re gonna run a dumb Smokey the Bear PSA over Rush Limbaugh?

Love the app but would like to have the sleep timer easier to access and have the time set be permanent so it don’t have to scroll to a specific time each time I set the sleep timer.

You would think that entercom could produce an app that doesn’t have as many bugs given the fact that the ratings on their over the air radio stations are plummeting. This app forces you to listen to advertising. You can’t even press pause or shut the app down - you have to use the app switcher to shut the audio off. Especially useful when the audio starts playing for no reason out of nowhere.
