The system works well except for the scammers who use unassigned cell numbers. Calling them back results in a recording stating the number is no longer in service. For this reason I can’t not give a 5 star review.

Nothing’s perfect, but it really cuts down on unwanted calls while I’m trying to see patients.

Just not enough there. For the most part, it’s very simple and straightforward. The primary failure is that there is no apparent way to WHITE LIST a caller. I have some entries that Call Protect didn’t recognize, but were from someone I have done business with for years simply calling from an alternate line. They are and remain “Suspected Spam” in CallProtect though. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent app.

This app does seem to block some calls but it will sometimes display a bunch of alerts for calls it blocked weeks prior. It doesn’t currently block NPA-NXX caller ID spoofing. I get calls from what appear to be numbers similar to my own which are not stopped. Fix these two issues and this is a 5-Star app.

It blocks the calls before you hear them. One caller called 12 times in 1 minute and it blocked every single one until they gave up. It has really helped in the two weeks I've had it to block Robocalls and unknown numbers. Better than blocking each one individually myself. Easy to set up and use.
