Sometimes catches calls

I’m still getting phone calls for either vehicle warranty or healthcare or credit services from numbers that have the same area code and first three digits that match my phone number that this app does not catch. Those are the majority of the reason I installed the app, hoping it would stop those from coming through. Otherwise it is catching some phone numbers as suspected scams.

I figured it wouldn’t work, or would be complicated to set up. Since yesterday afternoon it has blocked 11 fraudulent calls and has let everything else, including numbers I don’t have saved, through. Works wonders.

So far so good ! It tells me when it’s a telemarketer or fraud ! I’m happy with it so far . It’s eliminated me answering calls I don’t have time for !
Does not identify when call comes in

Call rings through, just the phone number shows up on the screen as it rings. I answer it, it’s a scam call. Go into the call log, and it’s identified as a telemarketer. Why wasn’t it identified when it rang??

So far this app hasn’t blocked anything it is supposed to. I’ve got calls from telemarketers every day, and have to go in and block them manually.

I was receiving calls at all hours of the day and night. I work until about 10-11 p.m so I’m up pretty late. The calls would start at around 7 a.m and last until 10 p.m. I’d get at LEAST 10 calls a day. I changed my number, it didn’t help. I was pregnant and not sleeping because I was anticipating these stupid fraud calls. I put my phone on do not disturb but was still just as angry that they could call me. I DL this app and haven’t received any since. Except the ones that show up as the first 3 digits of your number. Those still get through but it happens way less often. I love this app!
Great to have after buying a home

Im pretty sure the financing or escrow companies sell your personal data when you buy a home. This app allows me to identify the telemarketers and scammers calling. It’s really very useful.
