Very buggy login

Often the fingerprint says “invalid username and/or password” when it’s the same information that’s been in there for hundreds of logins. When I called tech support, they said they haven’t seen the same issues. Compared to other baking apps (Fifth Third, US Bank, etc), using this app is like going back a couple of decades on a technology level (they need to hire a real programmer to create a more reliable app). I love the credit union as an institution way more than the big banks, but the app is third-rate compared to other banking apps.
Constant Issues

I have an iPhone 8 and it constantly is under maintenance, or won’t let me login. Today it’s “Unable to display user info” or something like that even though my other family members do not have that problem with their android phones. It also load things very slow whenever I try to check my balance or whatever. This app needs updated badly because I’m constantly having problems with it. I love ACU but this is getting irritating.

Really good saves me time from running to the bank or calling to see how much money I have only problem it seems like is it’s always down for maintenance lately

This app is ridiculous. Multiple time i have tried to log in the app is down or they are having trouble. Something needs to change or i just need to switch banks.

Atomic is everything I want in a bank. The only thing that falls short is the lack of Apple/Google pay. Otherwise, wonderful!

After you transfer money it will not let you log in for 1+hours it just tells you your password is wrong and it’s been like this for over a year it’s the same on there website
