Problematic

Not a rose

App is always crashing. Like at least twice a week you can not even open it.

This is the best bank I’ve ever used they take care of there customers.Several times I’ve needed them and they were always there.If you want a bank you can trust and people that will work with you this is the bank for you thank you


I dislike the white on white text/due dates/amounts

I really don't like the white on white text when looking at balance. The worst part of this app is that your payment amount and due date should be on the tab with with various loans.

The app has prevented me from logging into my account at some pretty inconvenient times. Crashes, tells me the URL is not supported, or just flat out “ERROR”. I normally like it and find it easy to use and don’t se myself deleting it anytime soon because it does come in handy when it works. Only deducting one star.

Atomic does not take care of people that been with them for 25 years would not make good for any Of Forgery checks and took six months to get my check in again not notify me of my debit card was taking a vantage of the Robber took $8000 before they notified me but When 250 was on my Credit card they notified me right away call me right away....???

This app does not appear to be compatible with iPhone 6 or 6s. I agree. Very disappointing.


Don't work!

Can't even log into accounts because it's claiming wrong info. Hate when they push new apps then they don't work fast to get the kinks out. Don't tell everyone to download of its not gonna work.

I had trouble creating an account for the mobile ap because I kept putting a 0 in front of the account #. Sent an email to them and they told me to leave it off. Worked fine after that. It's nice to have a mobile ap now. Would like to see something for Apple Pay.

I emailed them and they explained me what I was doing wrong, I was putting zeros at the end of the account number that didn't need to be there, and now it's working just fine!
