App is great for viewing & paying your bill. App crashes if too many people are trying to access the outage map at the same time.

The previous version, while not attractive, was at least very reliable and enabled me to pay my bill. This new version is useless; won't connect at all to accounts or to the outage map viewer. I've tried on three separate occasions, logging in has failed. When I just tried to log into my account tonight to pay a bill, I got a pop-up message that says "This account is currently available. Please check back later." Ummm what?!?!

Handy in a storm to report your power outage and view the outage details. The one glitch I noticed is when viewing past bills, only the most recent bill loads. The rest give errors and don't load. However, they did a good job with the bill interface- when a bill loads, it is easy to read.

Bad enough I have to pay through the nose for their horribly inefficient electric, outages and price increases, now I get the same slow customer service I Have come to be used to
