Pounds and inches that’s what this carb tracker will help you loose. This app is easy to use and so convenient. I used to write everything I ate down in a log and I’d have to look up the carbs in a book. It was very time consuming. With this app you put in the food and it keeps track of your carbs. Some foods aren’t in it but you can add them. This app has really kept me on track of my diet.

Never maintained! Put a word into the search engine and everything imaginable shows up except what you want. You get what you pay for! Very very frustrating.

I downloaded two other apps, one I paid for, before downloading the Atkins app. This app is all you need to track your diet! The scan option is so easy to use and works fast! The other app’s scanner would not work or would take forever to focus!

I lost 20 pounds. I recommended Atkins to all my friends . One loss 20#, one loss 14# and my son loss 17# , 2 others 12 and I keep counting. Thank you I love the pre meals and the bars and snacks . Love Atkins and everywhere I go I talked about it.

I’d like to see the availability of smaller portions. For example, at times, I have only a piece of an orange but I am limited to putting in a quarter portion when an eighth would be more accurate. This has happened on more than one occasion. In addition, please keep adding more food choices from supermarkets.
