It Lost all of my data ... Again. .. >8(

The app is convenient when it works but it has so many bugs and crashes and resets that I am writing this review after using it for 2 months. When you search for something, it gives you everything that has the words in it. The scan function seems to only work when it wants to. It took it three weeks for it to connect to my Fitbit charge HR. They need to do a lot of work on it to make it work the way most people want it to.

I recently decided to go back in the Atkins Plan and saw this tool to help easily keep track of my net carbs. But this app is not very good. I've been using MyFitnessPal for years and it's light years ahead of this carb tracker. It does not sync with my aria scale, and does not sync very well with my Fitbit Surge. This app has a LOOOOONG way to go. Nice idea, but needs LOTS of work.

I installed the app and it does not open. Deleted and reinstalled, same problem. There does not seem to be a fix for it.

I like having a way to keep track. However, the app won't remember anything, is horribly inaccurate, and always is freezing. Atkins, fix your app!!

This app keeps taking forever to do anything, crashing, losing the info I have stored in it after a couple of hours. It's become completely useless.

App is great for keeping track of my carbs. I do wish it was easier to find certain things like cucumber and not have to go thru a list of 25 cucumber related things. Also app keeps crashing, very annoying

I just downloaded this app yesterday and already it's having issues. No way to track meals. I just keep receiving an error message. Very frustrating.

Started using it 3 days ago, now it will not let me sign in or create a new account, all my data, frustrating , tried to delete and install again but it won't fix the problem
