Basic features don’t work

Maybe it’s my phone or IOS but I haven’t been able to load Favorites for months. It’s been even longer since FaceID worked a least half of the time. I used to love this app until the most basic things broke…it’s too bad because it’s well designed and organized. Athleta, please fix these issues!!
Quit forcing tutorials!

It seems like every time I use the app, I’m forced to go through a tutorial before I can shop. Quit wasting my time Athleta.

I used to love this app, but with the recent update, I have to log in every time. The tutorial then resets whenever I launch the app, and my browsing experience is constantly interrupted by the “something went wrong” screen. Please fix!
Always a struggle to login

I dislike how I can’t save my login credentials and only sometimes does the “biometrics” work. It’s crazy making. Also having to have two different user id’s/ pws needs to not. I run into a similar sitch with another store credit card. Making it difficult to access one’s account feels like an attempt to take advantage of late fees. If true, I don’t appreciate that business model.

This error message shows up frequently. There’s seems to be no predictable pattern. Error shows when opening up the app, scrolling down to browse, or just basically using the app for its normal functions. The ‘favorite’ function does not work. I get an hourglass spinning and the favorite page would not open. This errors make the app unpleasant to use.

Be very careful when using this app and read your receipts. I placed an order with free shipping but when I paid with apple pay, I was charged $7. It should not be possible for them to charge a different amount that what is showing on the bill. Disappointed with this poor quality app.

Why have the option of Face ID, if every time I open the app I have to sign in with my email and password? Then I have to go to the Internet to sign in with my email and password to make sure that it’s really me and then I can go back to the app and sign in with my email and password. So annoying and so sick of having to do this every single time I open the app. FIX IT.
