Never disappointed!!

I have been purchasing Athleta brand clothes since they opened. I have never gotten rid of any pieces. The quality is superior, designs are timeless and they seem to last and last. 80% of my closest is “Athleta.” Using the Athleta Visa card is awesome because I get tons of free Athleta clothing.
Does not save log-in session

The app requires the user to log in fresh each opening of the app. This is frustrating on two levels: having to put up with the in app tutorial each use (at this point I know how to find the shopping cart!); what is the point of apps with face recognition (which runs post username and password entry) if I am required to constantly do this step.
Uff version 3.28.2 is hurting

I love this app and it usually functions very well for me, but for this version, I’m not sure what’s going on… pages not loading, the main page is blank, getting several “something went wrong” errors. In the cart it keeps getting frozen on the pop up telling me how to slide left to delete or save items for later, can’t get past it. Have tried restarting the app and using WiFi and cell data to make sure it wasn’t my connection. Going to need to go to the website to checkout instead.

the app never lets me sign into my account - i’ve had to change my password 5x because the app always says it’s incorrect. The app also doesn’t let me use my rewards which is such a pain. really confused why it’s so much harder than using the browser version.
Cart doesn’t work

Keeps telling me to swipe left to edit, but can’t get past this screen. I moved everything to “saved” moved it all back and still won’t work. Super frustrating.

I love this sweater so much. I have TWO. I’m 5’5 170 and the medium is perfect for me. I lounge in it, dress it up w leggings and boots for work and go to and from the gym in it. So cozy and flexible.

I love the concept of this app but it’s suppperrrr glitchy. Constantly needs refreshed and often doesn’t load my favorites page. Would be awesome if these problems were fixed.

I agree with the previous reviewer that it’s super annoying the app logs me out every single time I close it. Then it doesn’t remember my password (and the face recognition seemingly doesn’t work either), so it’s a time-consuming process to log back in. Honestly what’s the point? The long login time makes me use their mobile site more often.
