App freezes when I play purchased puzzle packs and the timer seems to have glitched since it’s moving WAY too fast. Definitely messes with the ranking. Please fix this asap

A few weeks ago the app started freezing, crashing and the times on daily puzzles is screwed up(rushing, freezing, never starting) and overall just being a pain. One of my favorite apps but it’s just so glitchy now:(

For months I have been working the puzzles with varying degrees of success. The puzzles have consistently been challenging. Unlike some other puzzle sites, the clues are well-written and seldom repeated. I do appreciate the immediate feedback on my performance. I also like the expanded numbers of puzzles to work. Thank you for offering hours of entertainment.
