Charged twice for a one year membership

Tokneearm

I have have been charged twice for a one year membership. One of the charges is called a renewal. The only button I remember pressing is to allow notifications. There is no apparent way to contact support, through app.

Love the workout and dislike the app

Jazzrea

I really want to the say the workout videos are really well made and the instructors are very clear. But the app itself is making the workout hard. It lacks some basic functions and it’s buggy at times. For examples, three dots would appear in the middle of workout and then the video would freeze. The three dots also appear sometimes when I switch pages within the app. Also, the music disappears in the middle of workout and the instructor continues without music. Now move on to the functions needed: 1. Please add the ability to creat a playlist and when going through the playlist, the app automatically skip the warm up and cool down between the work out. 2. Please add the ability to use my own music Thank you all and keep up the good work!

App is free but no workouts unless you pay

I keep asking them if there is a way to trial the exercises and they keep NOT answering. So yes I downloaded the app for free, but it’s no more than a front page for my credit card sign up.

Bored yogi

Truly Radiant

Great! Loved it. Short and interesting. Something quick, different and fun after years of slow hatha style yoga.

Not worth it

I was disappointed that this app didn’t have a trial period before charging you. It’s difficult to know if a program is right for you without trying it out. Personally for me, the workouts seemed uninteresting and boring. It didn’t give me an experience that would encourage me to workout. My biggest complaint is the automatic charge with no trial time.

Run Away From this App

First of all - I thought I was getting the “free trial” of this app and it charged me the year subscription fee. I tried to cancel and it sent me to Apple to cancel. Then Apple said it did not qualify for a refund. So I thought - okay - it’s mine now. I’ll try it. And it’s terrible. You cannot search for types of workouts (ie Beginner), and the workouts move so fast that by the time you see and hear the instructor give you a pose - they’ve moved on to the next one. The photos are gorgeous. Looks like a well-curated instagram account. And like a well-curated instagram account, it is hollow and not actually participating in real fitness. I do triathlons and was hoping this thing would give me some more flexibility and a new type of strength training. Instead, it gives me pretty photos and quick “workouts” of no substance or guidance. And ZERO customer service. Run away from this.

Not as advertised

Unfortunately I purchased the annual subscription. You can’t downgrade. The video showed lots of cardio and complete body workouts but I can’t find any. The only thing I find are yoga stretches. Don’t recommend.

I expected to pay something, but no price was tagged when I installed. If there will be any surprises, you’ll hear from me. Hence the one Star bc I expect a bad surprise! But please, surprise me and prove me wrong, inform me before charging, allow me to disallow the charge, and I promise, I will change my star scale and review here.

First time rocks!

I just thought I’d give this app a try and I wasn’t disappointed! Can’t wait for my next work out!
