I can work out at any level and any area of the body I am having issues with They have expanded the areas of physical and mental well being. Can’t express how helpful this app has been for me.

This app is absolutely brutal. It never loads videos. It doesn’t matter if i update my IOS or the app. I try it on WiFi and using data. I want my money back.

By “cancel any time” they mean they will still take your 50-69$ and not renew next year - pretty upset as I just wanted to try it for a month and see if I liked it and now I’m out $69

Love the quick, challenging workouts. They make me excited to find time in my day to exercise and I love feeling stronger!

Been doing Asana Rebel for 20 months - sometimes 5 times a week and other months much less. My core and quads and glutes are so much stronger. Love that I can go for 5 mins or 50 by binging workouts. Love Kelly Pinder series...please add more! A great app that you can use as much as you want with great verbal adjustments to practice correctly. Huge fan!

I’ve just begun and the workouts, though short, are, for me terribly tough. But I need that. Someone else mentioned the women in the exercises are thin ... they are. It would be nice to see thicker women who are just as fit ... I’m sure they exist. Otherwise applause applause.

Nothing worse than an app that asks for tons of information BEFORE telling you that you have to pay if you want any functionality from it. Why would I want to use an app made by people that thought that was a good idea? Obviously their priority is making money and not helping people or making a useful app.
