It will definitely do the job. I like how it suggests a day off and a timeline but doesn't make you stick with it and the work outs are easy and do build. The little tips at the bottom of the screen are a bonus, learn extra about ways to eat healthier and so on. Great app!

Really is an awesome app with lots of different arm workouts. My only complaint is the rest between each exercise. I feel like it should be every 2-3 exercises. I get bored waiting for it to move on

My arms are looking better and I've only been using it for 3 weeks, every other day. I bought all the workouts but it doesn't register when I finish the paid workouts. Please fix!

Arm workout not working out

I really enjoyed the first 12 work outs on this arm app. Then I decided to buy 12 more workouts and that's where this review goes sour! After I completed my 13th workout I was not acknowledged for it like the other 12 nor would it let me move on to the 14th. I'm completely stuck. I have refreshed my purchase many times and I even deleted the app and re-installed it per the customer service recommendation. Still having the same problem. I am very disappointed! I have decided to ask for a full refund. Still waiting to hear back from someone :-( It is a shame because I was definitely seeing results and looking forward to continuing with this workout. Hopefully they can fix their issues.
