Good workout, but annoying and confusing

mezzanayne

I feel like I'm getting a good workout and the routines are appropriate but the animated character demonstrating the exercise moves at twice the speed as the generated (annoying) computer voice doing the counting. This app would be perfect if the voice was more natural and the animations and reps were in sync.

Don't bother

A few glitches

App would be perfect if the voice wasn't creepy and the glitches were fixed

Great workout!

If you are like me, you'll enjoy it! There's a mix of arm workouts, so you don't have to think about it, you just do it. Sometimes I do multiple sets or I do 3 sets of different workouts to vary my workout.

Great app

Love this app. I like how it shows you what to do a few seconds before it starts. Love the reminder!

Counter not working after completing

Cate RN

I woukd have given it a 5 if not for...I paid for the app and used it for the 12 weeks then purchased more and the counter doesn't work and it keeps saying "try it" for the ones I purchased. I like the counter and the cheers...please fix this:)

Disappointed

LunaZeita

The workout is nice, goes at a decent speed and requires me to think about the movements and go slower. What disappoints me is that after paying money to get the app, I have to pay MORE money to get the final 4 days of workouts. Also, I think it's a bit misleading that it says you can have great arms in 12 days - but it wants you to take a day off in between the 12 workouts making 24 days, but the description says 2 days for 6 weeks - 42 days that way.

An okay app

Rest times between exercises too long. Counting too long for reps, too.
