Extremely reliable overall in China. One of the best VPN app. But customer service isn’t accessible online nor noticeable for queries and problems. Plus VPN app not available for access via notebooks/laptop. A disappointment indeed.
WiFi connection problems
HELP ME !)!
I frequently use VPN softwares and currently have multiple installed on my iPhone. However, ArkVPN refuses to connect to any server using a WiFi connection. Yet when I disconnect from my WiFi and use 4G it works absolutely fine. This is such an issue I mistakenly racked up a huge charge because I hadn’t noticed this Issue with the app so far.that
