ArkVPN: Standard Edition Reviews

Works good in China. The only issue I have with it is the constant updating which interrupts the streaming. Plus when the internet is slow I can't connect. But I need it to get on a YouTube occasionally and to reach certain websites like Southwest Airlines. Also the price is reasonable. I had MyStrong on my laptop which cost 8 times more and that service was bad. Couldn't use it most of the time. Thank you, ArkVPN, for a good app! 10/7/2017 I had used this app will little issue until now. Since returning from America, this app has become useless. I still have almost 5 months left on my subscription but I can't get it to connect. I downloaded the app to my new iPhone and it charged me for a new subscription which has doubled in price and says it will renew 5 months from now but it still won't connect. Now it says I have to install it, asks for the password but never goes beyond that. There is no way to contact the developers for help. I noticed they have a new product, much more expensive and with support but I wonder....

I just renewed my yearly plan recently. However, I find that I could not connect to this vpn in China now. I hope the app supporter could fix this problem as soon as possible!

Wonderful app but as of last week all servers are blocked from within China. Please change the ip addresses so I can us the app again. Sorry to leave this service request here but your support page is also blocked from within China. Can't wait to start using again.
