The game of pool is all about cue ball control. Without the ability to adjust English on the ball makes the game unrealistic and a worthless waste of time.

Very nice game! Love the smoothness of it! Would look nicer if the board was fullscreen, (perhaps with getting controls by double tapping?) App icon would be beautifull without the 'online'

This is a dual purpose app allowing the user to practice via a practice mode, and play pool online against other players. The game play is smooth and the ball physics were very good in simulating an actual game of pool. Using the cue took a little getting used to, but after a little practice was relatively easy to use. Suggestions: 1)Make the table and balls a little larger. 2) Allow the user the ability to play a game of 8-ball against the computer, instead of just practice. All in all, a very nice game, and well worth the money.
A great game both single player and online

This really is a great pool game. The sound and animation is well done and rock solid even on my 1G touch. The multiplayer is excellent, and I really like the "observe" function, where one can observe other people when they play a public game. I've always found watching others play to be one of the fun parts of billiards. Prospective buyers should take a look at the screenshots, what you see there is what the game looks like. It is perfect for what I'm looking for in a billiards game on the iPod. For more real play, I play on a real table... This is definitely staying on my iPod, and will make me look for WiFi spots wherever I go...
