So much wrong...

Ok, so this is a good looking game. Like, XBox 360 good, IMO. Runs smooth on my iPad Pro at max settings. But beyond being good looking, there is SO MUCH wrong with it that makes it either frustrating or straight-up ridiculous. 1. The mini-map is awful, and the main map can only be accessed from inventory. So you are constantly stopping to open inventory to see where you are in relation to where you have to go. How about a quest tracking arrow on the mini-map? Or some labels on the buildings? 2. The quests are so bugged. You can literally turn in almost any quest, over and over, for unlimited experience and gold (if the quest has a monetary reward). After turning in a quest, talking to other NPCs will sometimes repeat parts of the quest text, for no obvious reason. 3. There are far too few action slots, at least for Rangers who have to switch between ranged and melee, and have enough active "spells" to fill the bar, before having to add their weapons (no way to switch weapons except to put them on the bar or open inventory mid-fight) 4. There is simply no information about things: is that wolf hide a crafting item? Dunno, guess I'll save it. What does the rested buff do? Dunno. Nothing that I can discover, but then why have it? 5. I've been stuck in cracks and small streams at least 5 times, where I've had to spend minutes rolling around trying to find a way out - or reload from the last save. 6. A couple of quests so far have been time-based (meet this guy at this time)...but there's no way to tell what time it is without finding a bed you can sleep in. TL;DR: good looking game, needed to be beta tested before charging people for it. Good artists, bad programmers?

I give this game 1 star due to odd bugs and being stuck in Callaheim. I have completed all the quests and cannot find the second harbor master next to the boat to take me to the next land. I know he should be as I've watched a number of walkthroughs to try to figure out what I might and might not be doing. And, the harbor master to take me to Taryn Ridge is under water with another city guard. No help or support to think of. Had similar experience with Exiles. I'm hoping for an update to reset these odd bugs some can play this, what I feel could be a terrific game. If they fix the bugs and I can continue playing the game, I would love to give it a higher star rating. Anyone have any clues?

Shame on Crescent for releasing this instead of putting more thought into it. Visually impressive but lacks the depth, storyline and game play (especially battle) of its predecessor. Way too easy. You can just run around in circles and enemies can't hurt you. Skill and armor upgrades are uninspiring. Very disappointing after the awesomeness of Sword and Shadow.

I'd like to see a lot more effort put into future titles from CMG. Downsides - minimal customization (first and last hairstyle is the same. How did they not notice this?) - lack of overs - duplicate tooltips for skills (this made me face palm) - clunky, imbalanced combat (bow is way too op) - horrible plot (skip cutscenes button?) Overall, the game seems alright. . I guess.
Stuck at dungeon elevator

I'm having a great time playing the game, but it gets hard to enjoy it when I can't progress! I don't know if I am missing a lever or valve, but the elevator in the dwarf dungeon of Dun Morthwyl seems to be stuck. It would be a great help if someone could help me on this or if this is a game error, wait for an update I guess. Thanks.

This game was overall pretty good and fun to play, the only thing that disappointed me was the character creation. You don't have nearly as many options compared to its previous title, which I find odd. But really nice game whatsoever.
