Feeling cheated

Great under the sea puzzle. Was really challenging. My daughter was excited to see the animations, but hey really have nothing to do with the puzzle itself. Just a repeating group of 5 fish (out of like 200 in the puzzle) floating around the screen. Has nothing to do with the orientation of the fish in the puzzle - just floating on the screen and telling me that I can’t find them. I found them - there’s just no point to this app and it feels very underdeveloped. If they spent as much time developing the app as they did plastering its praises all over the box, it would be much better. Hard to imagine how it could be worse.

This app seems to do almost nothing. And what it does, it does very poorly. It astonishes me that Ravensburger, a well-respected company, is using this dreadful app as a selling point. Blergh. Time to delete this app. -td

With the amount of detail in this puzzle, I was expecting way more. It only has about 5 different fish come alive! There are so many different fish, starfish, dolphins, etc in there...even some funky looking fish! I was hoping for more animation.

Roughly 5 secs of video for each large animal in the safari puzzle. It took longer than that to download the app. I think they are onto something here, but it needs a lot of work. Kids were less than awed...

If you bought the puzzle expecting this app to add anything to the experience, try to get a refund. Only works on some (read "few") of the images, and on those that do "work", it's a generic 10 - 15 second clip. Great promise, great hype, total dud!

The puzzles will not even open up. The first screen is a quick description of the puzzle and it is shifted partly off the screen making the last few letters of every line unreadable. It doesn'tmatter which puzzle you try to open because it only opens to an active camera screen which is rotated 90 degrees and hanging off the screen. Even if I wanted to take a picture, no shutter button is visible. I imagine that is cut off because the way the screen is shifted over. Ravensburger definitely has the best puzzles but this app needs to correct the problem and upload it to the App Store once it is working properly.

Love the puzzle, but the quiz doesn't work! Sometimes the question appears with the possible answers, but mostly doesn't. I'm really disappointed.
