Completely disappointing

Nrbalint

Once you get the puzzle completed you have to stand on a chair to get the right distance above the puzzle, and then the view on the iPad is rotated 90 degrees so it is difficult to get the puzzle aligned in the viewfinder. Once you do get it aligned, you then can't snap a photo of it. You have to tap on the screen over and over while keeping the puzzle in the viewfinder until the snow builds up on the scene (mine is the Norway scene). So now you are standing on a chair, with your head cocked to the side to try to see the rotated puzzle, holding your $700 iPad with one hand over the hard surface where you completed your puzzle, tapping over and over on the screen with your other hand, while your kids climb up on the chair next to you to try to see as well. Good luck not dropping your iPad. The snowflakes are just 35 little white dots that cover approximately 1/16 of the screen while you tap on it. Eventually the photo itself does show a pretty, snow-covered scene, but if you tap too many times it goes away and you have to start over, and it's hard to see anyway because of the contortions you have employed to make it work in the first place. The puzzle itself is very nice, so I recommend it if all you want is a good puzzle, but don't pay extra for the puzzle because it has an app. The app is worthless.

Simply doesn't work.

I think you should add more activities to the fish puzzle. It gets boring. You used the same fish over and over, in the same order and it's not interesting. The puzzle was pretty cool but the app is surprisingly not. Im 12 and it was really disappointing after the amount of time spent putting it together.

Doesn't work

Bad interface, doesn't recognize puzzle even in steady light. What a joke! And they even advertise it on the box...

Don't bother

Not only was the app lame, the box that the puzzle came in had so many promotional images for the app, that you couldn't see the whole puzzle image.

Great App

This was a fun way to finish a puzzle. Even my teenagers liked it! Educational too! Only complaint is the Blocking of the puzzle pic on the box. Had to search online to get a clear view of two corners.

Completely useless and frustrating

Don't even bother downloading. The map quiz can't find the right continent half the time. When it does, the "pins" are huge and unlabeled, so you can't tell what they are pointing at. And if you move at all, they disappear and you have to start all over. "A" for concept, "F" for execution.
