Something has gone wrong

I’ve used this app since I discovered it a couple years ago. It’s really great until recently. Something is wrong and it will no longer let me login. Please someone fix this issue.


Great app when it works

I used to love this app. So easy to pay my AEP bill but recently, it’s down more than up. It erroneously rejected a payment I made saying there was no account found even though I had been using this app and same account for months and the account number was clearly on record. I deleted app and reinstalled and it took payment but it caused AEP to charge me a fee for returned payment. I’ll be deleting this app permanently and use auto pay.


FIX THE APP!!!!

I have used this app for a long time and haven’t had any trouble until now! Every time I go to look at something or for instance I’m trying to add an account number I get the same thing over and over and it says “OOPS! Something went wrong on our end, try again!” I can’t even login now!!! Very frustrating!!!


Completely Useless

This app never works. Always says “OOPS, there’s a problem on our end.” No joke, the problem is your app is terrible and 99.9% of the time completely USELESS. It’s just aggravating.

You would think they could design an app that works.Can’t see usage or other items but it sure will let you make a payment.I will be going back to paper.

This app doesn’t work - neither does the website. It seems others have been having the same issue for awhile ever since updating a website. You’d think with the amount of electric bills plus a recent upcoming rate increase they could improve customer service. This past bill after waiting an entire month thinking surely things would be fixed to pay my bill - didn’t happen. This results in having to write a check and mail or call which is all automated and takes FOREVER on top of an additional charge. Get it together for your customers. Every other utility company I deal with around my area has a functioning website for customers at the least.
