The new update is not good

The latest update messed up the apps gone free feature, the main reason I use the app. Normally when you click on the apps that are free for a limited time, you open straight to the App Store and download. However, now for some reason I'm sent to a desktop version asking me to download iTunes for mac or pc. Stinks.

The new makeover for the app looks great, however, the links to the App Store, like the "Today's apps gone free" links do not work correctly. They link to the desktop page to install iTunes! :(

Unintuitive, disorganized and error intolerant are the words that come to mind when using this not-ready-for-prime-time update of what was once a great app. No more 'best of' section. The questionnaire you get when you first open the app is a one-time affair with no back button. So woe be unto you if you make a mistake or develop different interests in your life or even get a new ios device. There's no button to get back into the questionnaire, which is the most important, most touted new feature in the app; the thing that's supposed to make the app give us the info we want. The search function works intermittently. Sometimes you cannot scroll or tap the results. At this point I'm not only frustrated, I'm disappointed and borderline angry. What a disaster! (By the way, I'm not one to give one-star reviews lightly.)

Never thought I'd see the day this app would be updated, but they took out the best part-the ability to see the latest apps!

Before your latest update, v 5.0, Oct 20, 2016. This App was easier, can find any category in a simple way, and was perfect, now it is complicated. In this new update, MEDICAL category was disappeared, I tried for many times to find it but failed, why you cancelled this category?! Hopefully you will add MEDICAL Category beside other available categories in your upcoming update. Thanks.

I have used AppAdvice App since 2008. I am really happy that time was spent to update it and also fix some of the recent bugs that came with it. AppAdvice is very informative and provide up to date news on Apple Products and apps. Thank you for making the new app fresh and interesting!

Update: Now the AGF link is back on the bottom of the screen. Totally weird since there was no update. Ok... my 5 stars still stand either way. Thanks for fixing this! _________________________ Liked it better when the Appsgonefree link was on the bottom. Just one click instead of looking for it in the news. It took 4 years, however it's always been on my phone. Apps gone free and AppAdvice all in one good looking program. Love the dark version too! Worth the wait!!! Thank you 5 Stars!!
