Fairly good but could be better

Dr. Oopy

It works just nice, interface is easy and it's a click to figure out. It would be great if planes could communicate with approach and declare emergencies. I remember a quite old game in the PC platform that was very addictive.

Great Sim

Quality ATC simulation

Eh, decent.

I guess it's entertaining, and closer than the other ATC games out there. I'm a qualified approach controller and it's quite a bit different than this. They got the idea down but it's not close to real ATC.

Fun

I think the restrictions that people are whining about are what make the game challenging. Not being able to tell planes to maintain a certain rate of descent or land parallel runways makes you have to think. It is at the cost of realism, sure... But I personally like it this way. It's a game, not an education tool.

Fun but could use improvement

Manguy57

Lots of fun to play. Nice balance between realism and fun. Great interface and control setup. PLEASE fix so that separation can be waived when aircraft are on parallel approach AND allow separation to be waived when aircraft are at different altitudes.

Great But....

Ok

That should tell you something. No Facebook login capability, no intro tutorial, no help options. This "game" isn't a game. Delete!

Critical error

rvoelker

I hate to give this app 1 star because the concept of this game is wonderful, however there is a very major critical error which causes you to lose the game due to space violation when landing two aircrafts simultaneously in parallel runways. I would certainly purchase the paid version of this app if this key error were corrected. The fact that the app was last updated in 2014 is worrisome.
