Love the idea, needs a few more features

I really like the idea of this app but there are a few things that would really improve it: 1. The ability to share/ send listings to friends 2. Better commute filtering, for example I want to commute by public transport but only the DC metro not a bus. Also show what metro line I'm closest to and the distance even if there are 5 bus stops closer! 3. The ability to put in multiple locations and find something a reasonable distance from all of them (I'm searching for a place with a friend and we want both our commutes to be reasonable so it would be nice to be able to take both into account at once 4. Show public transit more clearly on the map- where are the dc metro lines?? 5. The option to open the listing in Google or apple maps, so that I can plug in all the other places I need to go (specific gyms, families houses et) and see how far those destinations are from the listed apt

I had less than a week to find an apartment and this app was amazing. It updated me on price changes and listed all amenities available. I call it the Tinder of apartments. Recommend to everyone searching for a new place!

Was forced to download the app because the website kept crashing and I couldn’t change any of my search preferences....so i download the app.....and I attempt to sign in on the app, get a pop up window that says “you’ve been here before, we’ve sent you a link to your email to sign in”.....ok one, what’s the point in that? I really can’t sign in on the app? And two, The link in my email then takes me back to the web browser version.....that didn’t work on the first place....I’ll go back to using apartments.com.....this is way too much effort for the same results as other websites

Don’t download this one, it’s like looking through Pinterest. Pretty pictures of OTHER places that are not available twin to you, it’s like a Pinterest of apartments more than an app to help you find an apartment. Also the initial sign up is tedious and asks you too many questions to even get you stared. This is trash.

Solid Apartment Searching App

Very well designed app and runs smoothly! I love how it’s set up and the different ways you can adjust the search parameters, it’s super convenient that it remembers and filters through what you've already seen!!! Also super handy that it monitors price drops and increases and constantly letting you of units that are opening up. An all around excellent apartment hunting tool! It’s set up like a dating app to where you can swipe through listings quickly, only thing I don’t like is the lack of info about a place on the initial listing screen. Once you match or like and it’s on the short list, then you can go back and see more detail.
