I'm sure it's great, but I'll never be able to test my existing devices unless I upgrade to pro for 7 bucks. Sorry, I need a trial period, first.

Horrible

CherMassey

This is the worst app ever and doesn't do anything it says that will. If it does happen to work that one time out of a bajillion, it's certainly not worth all the frustrating time spent hoping it will work it. I'll be looking elsewhere and welcome any other suggestions for apps that may work

Waste of money.

This app only works for wifi remotes, if you want to use it for regular TVs you need to buy a $120 piece of equipment to be able to use it, might as well just buy a new remote for your device it would be cheaper. ?

Wifi

Dad’s MacBook Air

Would not connect to Sony Smart TV after a Harmony App found it, so it wasn't the TV setup. Also devices are shown in white in a white background so you can't read Poor user interface Next

You download app for free but it only has Roku. So you upgrade and you find out you have to buy another device for $100 to control your devices!

Great App. Truly love it.

I think what I love about this app is the response of the dev team. I made some suggestions to them and they did it in an update. That shows you that they are listening to us and understanding our application. Then making the adjustments to make our user experience better. The price for premium at 7.00 is far less than user licenses for some of the other remote options out there. I haven't ventured into their IR hub yet as most of my stuff is already wifi enabled. But I can tell you that I have turned an old iPad mini into my home remote and it is so slick. It's impressive too. My friends and family are always trying to play around with it. The integration with Alexa is really nice. Novel but nice, and easy to set up to boot. The ability to make your own buttons with macros is life changing. The fact that you literally design your own remote with the feel you want and the functionality you need is not only fun, but easy. Why four stars and not five? It's not perfect. There are kinks. But they hear you when you talk to them. As long as they keep updating with new features as well as making improvements on what's already there, this will be a five star app no problem. I wanted this to be an honest review and hope it helps. Edit: My review went from a 4 star to a 1 star and I didn’t do it so I’m putting it back to 4. I have no clue as to how that happened. Still love this app.

No bluetooth

My app is not identifying my Bluetooth after syncing with the first device. Need support for this or need to leave at 1 star

Can’t Connect To Samsung Smart TV

chad1328

I have a brand new Samsung Smart TV and I got this app to control it with my echo. The app was unable to find my Samsung TV and I spent roughly 45 minutes reconnecting to WiFi and restarting my router and other things to try and get this to work. Then, I read that I could just use the manual button in the top right corner to manually input the IP Address.....well when I click that button nothing happened! So, I said, “Maybe the app is just buggy. I’ll restart my phone and try again.” Nope, still all the same issues after that. Uninstalling this app now. Let me know if you fix these connectivity issues.
