I’m sure the app is great otherwise when used for the right reasons, but beware of potential scammers using this app to take control of your phone and steal financial information.

i’ve been getting calls every hour today from “1-800” area code numbers. i finally answered one today and the automated message said “this is a notice from Apple for suspicious fraudulent activity in your iCould account, press 1 to speak to an Apple Account Specialist”... so naturally, i pressed 1 and was immediately directed to a man with a thick eastern accent, phone didn’t even ring once. the guy never even asked for my name or anything to verify my identification. he just said there was suspicious activity with someone trying to access my account in Russia or China. HE TOLD ME TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP, then he told me to READ THE 9-DIGIT ADDESS TO HIM. once i did, he sent a notification that ***HE WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO SHARE MY PHONE SCREEN WITH HIM and it would GIVE HIM FULL ACCESS TO MY PHONE.*** i immediately questioned it and said NO THANKS, and hung up right away. i’m so thankful i didn’t follow through, DO NOT DO IT. THIS APP GIVES OTHER PEOPLE TOTAL CONTROL OF YOUR PHONE AND ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO ON YOUR PHONE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!

Scammed wiped out my bank account

If someone calls you and says they are from Amazon or any account and says they need you to download this app and go into your account to make sure you have authorized the charges HANG UP! Once you open any account they now have full access of everything you do They see all your online Id’s and passwords and will wipe out your account by either buying gift cards or transferring money out of you bank account with a bank transfer app such as Venmo.

It’s really excellent tools. But how can I type on Remote Desktop if needed. Add a Smart Keyboard like team viewer. Thanks a lot. I am really enjoying it.

This is literally the only app I have ever used that 100% delivered on all it promises. I use my AnyDesk connection to remote play card games and it’s perfect. Took a bit to figure out switching between screens and figuring how to get things to size right but it’s been so useful!

Decent connection, but please fix the glitches I use my iPad Pro to connect to my PC, with a mouse. I have to double click every time to project a single click on my PC, while finger and Apple Pencil just worked fine. But that’s not what I want. Please optimize for PadOS thx
