Excellent app for helping to unwind

I love this app, and how it helps to calm my mind down so I can start to relax and fall to sleep. Love that it can be used during the day and night.

I am not sure how we'll it helped my anxiety, not much I think, however it put me to sleep listening to it almost every time so in that way it was relaxing to listen to.

It was very relaxing. The woman's voice is soothing. I usually fall asleep before it's done but that's OK. I hear that as long as you're brain hears it it will have a positive effect. It's definitely not a waste of time or money. Overall my stress level is greatly reduced. I recommended it for a moderately long general relaxation hypnosis

This focuses more on anxiety you may be feeling about events that happened in the past. An anti-anxiety script for feeling stress about the present and future would be a great addition.

I enjoy all of these hypnosis apps. I especially like having the ability to turn functions on and off in settings. The imagery used in the End Anxiety app is clear & freeing. The narrator has a soothing voice, her timing is right on and the use of silent pauses is quite effective. One of my favorites! Thanks!
Love your apps

I love your apps. I wish, however, that I could play different ones on a playlist. I tend to fall asleep while listening to them, adding the ability to add a playlist would be awesome!!
