I can’t review my cart and have requested multiple times to receive my a new password via email and never received it
Why include sold out items at all?

I can’t count how many times I have added items to my cart only to be told they’re sold out once I proceed to checkout. Why aren’t those items automatically removed from the selection or be told that they’re sold out before you’re able to add them to your basket? It’s so frustrating.
Never accurate inventory! Extremely frustrating customer service!

I should have bought stock!!! This is not only my go to store but IS MY STORE.... the staff are excellent and the clothing top quality..., I very seldom ever leave empty handed....my only complaint? Since you got “Woke” you seem to for get that you have Caucasian clients …. Why are all your models of another ethnicity?? I’m feeling like I’m a substandard customer….. equality is for everyone…

Love the app but please for the love of god remove the items that are sold out! I’ve literally clicked on 20 items on your sale promotion and they are all sold out.
Discount dilemma

I had a “30% off entire order” discount. I ordered 3 items in my order and the accounting only showed 2 items and a note in red that showed “discount can be applied to only one item!” Why?! It DID apply 30% discount to entire order but I checked and re-checked not trusting you.

I had things in my basket. Went back to ‘Continue Shopping’, 10 minutes later, THREE jackets, 2 sweaters, a shirt, and 4 accessories were suddenly SOLD OUT!!! The only Sell-Out here is Anthro, for giving my items away whilst I was shopping!!! This, and a few other reasons (like their incredibly rude millennial/hipster staff. Ugh. So over it) are why I rarely shop at Anthro. After this, I think I’m pretty much done. Stick a fork in me.
