Pros and cons

Pros: can filter for sizes Cons: lots of things on the app end up being sold out.

Clothes and home decor are gorgeous and they are as charming as the stores; however, as the merchandise is usually very pricy, it would be best for so many of us who love this store, to have more promotions. Also would love to see mature ladies as models. I’ve been buying at Anthropologie for years and I’m now 61 years old. I plan to continue to buy at Anthropologie because the clothes are very creative. So, if there are less crops, longer lengths for tops and the prices remain plausible, I’ll continue to be a constant customer.

App stinks!!

I can’t find the other half of my order and I’ve been charged for it and only received HALF of the $100 plus order!! Your customer service is HORRID!!!!

Returning and chat

I’m trying to return a furniture piece and I’m being sent around in circles. I got cut off from my chat and can’t figure out how to start a new one as when I go to Chat and talk with the computer generated response I’m once again thrown into the black hole of going nowhere.

Love Anthropologie merch but the APP should be updated continuously specially during sales. A lot of the items are sold out and should not even remain in the thread also, there should be a way to increment the font or zoom the writing for the clientele that need glasses … ??

Half the stuff shown in sale section not really available

The app is fine and checkout is easy. But half the items in the sale section aren’t really available. Either says sold out when you click on it or says sold out when you try and check out. These items show up for days, quite annoying.

Remove “sold out” items

Looking through their sale section and at least half of what I click on is “sold out”. The website is like this too. It’s a literal waste of our time shopping “sold out” items & why aren’t you removing items from your site as they are sold out? Never fails, I find a couple items in my cart then get so frustrated as I click on sold out items that I turn off my phone & end up buying nothing.

I just spent a solid hour going through your clearance and had 8 or 9 things in my basket. When I proceeded to check out, EVERY item had to be removed as it was out of stock! So frustrating that I just waisted over an hour of my day. I’m done online shopping. Wrong! Terrible app!
