This app is fairly easy to navigate through the options and it explains everything you need to know every time you get on so there’s no need to remember anything except your payment date!

This app is deficient because I cannot see my coverages. All it shows is my insurance card. I would think that I would have full access to my insurance documents. Also, the warning banner when I first tapped on roadside service is very confusing. It states something to the effect that using this service may cost me fees. What? I have roadside service as part of my coverage. I have coverage with my policy but does this mean that this is a separate service and I will be charged? If so, then why have this on the app? Why can I not have a means to request roadside service through my policy? You can't make changes to your policy, you can't make payments, you can't make a claim. (Tapping on "Claims" just gives you the regular advice to stay calm, be safe, call 911, and a phone number to call. Lame. This is really a very basic app, hardly worth having. I have used much, much better.

After receiving two emails in three minutes telling me my insurance cards are waiting, I download the app as recommended. In the app you have to create a username and password only to be told via error message that the app doesn't work with my acct. Nice try Answers. Nice try!
