Great game gone bad.

I used to love this game. I would play all the time, then I updated iOS months ago (about September) and now I can't play it anymore. Every time I try to open the game, it gets to the chillingo screen and crashes. I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling it and now it gets to a screen where I need accept something and then crashes before I can do anything. It's been months and the staff still hasn't done anything about this problem so I guess they just don't want good reviews or their customers to be happy with their product. Also, it won't allow me to download my progress from the iCloud for this game. It keeps giving me error messages saying to check the internet connection even though my device is connected to the internet. Wth?!

Unplayable past certain point

I was having fun with this game, but once I'm trying to find the donut shop, I can't move past the "click on the icon" part. The graphics are still moving but the screen becomes unresponsive. Would love this to be fixed.

I love this game but since my phone last updated (iOS 10.2), it crashes on the opening page (where you choose to continue game or start a new one). I'm giving it 1 star because of this (will change to 5 stars once it works again). Please fix this so I can keep playing! I have very few because of storage issues but I love it enough to keep. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Crashes at title screen

Fool me once, fool me twice..

I used to play this a lot, now every time I start up the app it crashes at the title screen. I deleted app once, even though I had gotten pretty far in the game, and started over from the beginning. It worked for three weeks or so, until it reverted back to crashing every time I opened it...... based on the reviews many people are having this problem, yet the problem is not being fixed ? I will keep this game on my iPad for a little while longer to see if customer support addresses this problem with IT

Game suddenly crashing

For the last week or so, this game is unplayable which is a shame because I really liked it. Now when I try to play, it starts to load and then crashes. It refuses to open. Hopefully they will patch this soon so I can play again.

I loved this game and have played it for years, but since the most recent iOS update the game won't even load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it more than once, but it still will not work. Please fix this so I can play it again!

I just started playing this game about a month ago and I Love this game! Great puzzles and cute/funny stories to help pass by time. Something you can start and stop whenever. I love the bonus candies, creating your character, leveling up. I got deeply invested in this game, up until a few days ago it started to crash. I was able to open it up after a few tried and then it continued to get worse and now I can not play it. Other reviews are saying theirs are crashing too so I'm not believing it's my phone anymore. Please help, I've got mysteries to solve and money to make
