All of my hard work wasted!

I spent not even 24 hour but still worked very hard creating a video for my son’s graduation this year and the app froze and is spinning a smiley face saying is saving. I had to go back and forth and in and out of my photos do it could access what I wanted. Too bad! His school used it so I tried it, too. Oh well, hopefully, I can find another app. I deleted and reloaded, shut my phone on and off, opened and closed the app... nothing worked. I can see the file but it cannot be opted out the copies...all this right before I was able to send it out. Now, I cannot post because all of the “nicknames” are taken... come on enough already.
The UI is very bad

It is not easy to find what you need to do. Adding a text is complex competing to other apps

I love this app!! It’s so great for creating amazing family memories I create one of these for every birthday and holiday as a gift! I LOVE IT!!

Doesn’t crop well for Instagram. I have to use a second tool after I create the video to fit the Instagram screen correctly. Also not have many layouts or options to change up the videos. Also need more upbeat hip hop or pop songs.

I am trying to make a cool video, but all this app is doing is crashing! I will go on for a few seconds and it will kick me out, and delete my work. Super hard to work with. The only reason I gave it two stars was because it has a very nice platform for making the videos, if only they wouldn’t keep deleting.
Very simple. Not versatile, pricing deceiving.

I downloaded this to create a video for my husband’s 40th birthday and I regret it. While it was easy to upload pictures and movies, production was elementary and after I showed the video via Zoom call to over 20 people on multiple continents, everyone told me I could have done a better job using PowerPoint and I don’t disagree. Don’t waste your money. Maybe this is good for production of commercial videos, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything - you can do the same thing for free on Apple products.
I canceled and they are still charging me

I’ve canceled the app and deleted it. They re continuing to charge me every month and I can’t get a hold of a person anywhere!!!

I purchased this app and have been loving it, this past month it has not been functional or so slow it takes forever to make a video. I cancelled my subscription because I am paying for something I can’t use.
