Today I did my daily spin and I needed five sapphires then i crosses my fingers and I got five sapphires! Then it gave me 10 sapphires for leveling up!
I LOVE this game all tho there could be some changes....

This game is amazing but I wish the sapphire potion was easy to get in the phantom dimension. One thing I want you to change is the price on the bundles. They’re REALLY expensive. I mean 250 sapphires for some music a new den and some den items? Thats a little pricey for me. Also I wish we could say numbers instead of saying fine for nine and sis for six. I mean it doesn’t make sense.? Also I feel like the more common things on the wish list is easy to get. And I want there to be NO SCAMMING!!!!! I got scammed from my two rare pets!? I mean don’t get me wrong I love this game sooooooo much! Ummmm my brother tried to say a bad word on my account and I got suppsended for a day and I don’t know if I’m going to be band. ??☹️??????????????????????????????????????. Sorry Animal Jam you were in first place but now your in sixth place. It goes like..... 1. Gacha life 2. Gacha club 3. Dollfully 4. Among us 5. Fortnite 6. Animal jam

I love this game and I had finally decided to re-down load it after a year or two of deleting it, I bought a 1 month membership and it says I’ve purchased it but I haven’t gotten any of the rewards or included items in the membership, I’m not even a member!! This is EXTREMELY annoying, yet it says that I have already paid and it’s active. I either want a refund or my membership by the end of this week.

I love Animal Jam. It is an amazing game for kids with good graphics and a good system. However, I recently had some major difficulties with the app: In-game problems I know that nothing and no-one is perfect, and therefore this game is not perfect. I don’t mind crashing, chat freezes, and things like that. What I don’t like is when they happen too frequently. Back when the new update was out and the ad chest was gone, chat freezes were the next main thing. They calmed down over time, but sometimes I would get 3, 4, maybe 5 chat freezes in a row. This is a minor problem, and I appreciate the new lack of freezes. This is not the cause of removing stars. Sometimes, I go to my den to find complete and utter confusion. I’ll be switching to my Small House, and I find that nothing is where I put it. There is furniture glitched through the ground, and some is floating in the air. I seem to think that the furniture from my bigger dens is glitched into my small den. This has only happened to me once, but I suspect it might happen again in the future... This is still not the cause of removing a star. I sometimes go to a friend’s den (or wherever the ‘Go To Buddy’ option takes me) and see that my avatar is missing from my screen. I usually just see the background behind it (for example, if my current animal is an ili pika, then I would not be able to see it in the middle of my screen, or move around the area/den. I would then try to chat, but my letters turn white and the AJ spell correct automatically vanishes and my letters stay white, even if I type a word that is not allowed by AJ. At that point, I can only communicate in JAGs (Jam-a-Grams), and to be able to communicate if I refreshed the app. This is one of the causes of removing a star. Out of Game Issues Since the time seemed right, I had the idea to save my account and enter an email to have multiple accounts on AJ. I sent the verification email to whoever (I won’t say who the email belonged to) FROM MY MAIN ACCOUNT, because I was trying to log into my account on my phone. So, I registered both of my devices on the SAME EMAIL, and then, I decided I was done with the process; that was it seemed like. The next day, I wanted to log into my spare account from the device that my main account was originally on. I CHECKED my password so that I knew it would work. When I hit the “LOG OUT” button on my main account, I find that on the login screen, my main account... IT WASN’T. THERE. I try to add my account with the password that I CHECKED. No luck. I try on my phone. No luck. This is the cause of removing two stars. I am very disappointed, Animal Jam. This was my go-to game. I won’t cry over it, but I collected those pixels for so long. SO long. You took away everything. My items, my furniture, my dens, my buddies, my TIME. I really loved this game. You RUINED my experience. A disappointed and angry Jammer, WHATEVER MY USERNAME IS FOR REVIEWS BECAUSE I FORGOT Edit: AJHQ, this was very confusing, considering how to react to this, but a few days after this problem, I decided to give your star game one, last, melancholy attempt to get my account back. I went to the email I sent the verification to (still not saying whose email), and went to the online “Parent Tools”. Turns out, my account was STILL there, which meant I could reset the password. I reset it, entered it on AJ (which I still hadn’t deleted... ;-;), and LO AND BEHOLD, IT. WORKED. This has caused me to give back two stars to this review. One star is still absent, because, WHO THE HECK WANTS TO GO THROUGH THIS?!

I would really appreciate for the accounts if you loose it your are able to change password with just sending an email. Also for petz can you just keep all of them and not take them away cause you do that with your character I have lost 2 of my account already due to bugs and I had an elephant and snow leopard and the 2 and monkey and a huge house so plz I would ask if you fix that

I played this game when I was 6. I loved it so much but back then I wanted a Arctic fox. But I didn’t have enough sapphires plus my parents wouldn’t give me them. Now I’m a member can you please add them back or put them in the Thanksgiving or Christmas bundle! That would mean so much to me Ajhq
