You can get a membership and get but loss of sapphires

AJ is a great, great game! But there are some complaints I do have. First, there are some bugs and glitches, it disconnected me when I was playing, saying that I’ve “disconnected from the internet.” I’ve also had some problems recently with logging into my account. I’ve tried multiple times by putting various passwords, and even having to reset my password completely. But the game either says “There was a problem logging into the game. Please be patient while we search for a solution” or “Sorry, but we cannot find an account matching that username and password.” I really find this annoying because I’m fairly certain the password I’ve put in the same password, as I’ve said, I reset it. Additionally, the game has been getting kind of boring. Yes, there are new animals and features but nothing really big. I think these could be good additions to the game: -A new way to earn sapphires, for all the non-members -A way to change the parent email (of course the parent would need to accept this through an email of some sort) -New places with this to do there. -More animals/pets that would cost gems (again, for the non members to have more options if they can’t get sapphires) Animal Jam is over ally a good game, I hope it becomes better (and I hope I can log back into my account soon ♥︎) -Fellow Jammer, Sunnyside098

This app is so great accept that I got timed out for 24 hours and now, after 24 hours, I still can’t get in ???????????. I want to play with my bff on it but I can’t now because it is timed out. So I’m a little mad about that..... p.s., this is a review by a kid ??

Ooh rewrite uncle died that was the day where I fell down and scraped my knee that was the day when my cat scratched me in the eyelid and now I have a EYEPATCH!!!! I have an infinite loading screen- So I can’t play the game. It’s quite problematic, and I have the app requirements. I even downloaded it on my iPhone 8 Plus to see if that was the problem, but it’s not. I have spent over 20 bucks on this game, so maybe you could troubleshoot it or whatever it’s called? Or maybe it’s just the App Store telling me that I’m too old for this ?. I’ve been playing this game for years, and for it to just stop working is sad... I even tried deleting it and re-downloading it. Please fix!!!
