I've used many binaural apps to try and find one that really works. I use the focus and concentration (I've got a good case of ADHD) at work all the time and it works wonders for me. I use the sleep modes at home (I've got sleep apnea) and they work like a charm to relax me and help me drift into deep sleep. Doesn't stop the snoring but allows me to get better quality sleep.

I love this app, i use the focus and concentration feature most often but it's been useful for so many situations. It's my go to when doing yoga or meditating at home. This is an app I wouldn't have normally downloaded but it's now my favorite. Worth the purchase price!

I purchased this app. When it works I really like it, but half the time the sound doesn't work. It's frustrating and unpredictable. I was by support that the best fix is to restart my phone, which is a pain and doesn't always work anyway. I should have stuck with the free version.

This app is well worth the 2.99 for the "restorative sleep" mode alone. My wife and I love it and sleep much better using it
