Nice layout but

It has a great layout and it is easy to use and a great tactic for meditation. However to really do anything you need to buy a premium version.

Relaxing beats ( much more than beats though, lots of relaxing theremin type sounds, too. The first "Concious Thinking" made me feel like I was in an old episode of Star Trek.) You can do beats only or nature sounds only or both together. Free version is limited to nine minutes.

Great way to relax and recharge during the day or for winding down and the end of the day. Really cool and interesting sounds from nature. Very helpful for easing the mind. ???

I was an insomniac (had been all my life) and a constant worrier...I also have ADD. This app has helped me tremendously! I can actually sleep at night, it's helped me stop the negative worrying and it's also helped me to focus at work. Please don't ever get rid of this app...I would seriously be lost without it. Great app!

Good way to get into meditation

I just started meditating a few days ago and this is what I'm using. I had to upgrade to the paid version because I wanted to fully use the app.
