How many account do I need to create?

I opted to sign in with my FB but that’s not enough. They want you create a Disney account? Or ESPN, Star Wars, or whatever? Why? I downloaded this app. That’s all I want. Never mind.

It’s a great app however, it’s missing the list of contestants currently on the show. They should have a page where you can see them all and short little bios for each. Maybe even a list of the songs they performed. I tend to forget who did what and don’t have time to watch all the performances on YouTube.
Sound doesn’t work for any of the videos

Sound doesn’t work for any of the videos. It’s hard to make much of videos from a singing competition without sound.

The app worked the first time I used it. Then it started giving me trouble. The initial screen may or may not load. Then the screen may or may not go onto the 2nd step which is to show you a menu of videos that you can choose to play. Sound worked on 2 launch occasions. That was all though. Now it won't play sound. Sound works perfectly on other apps I have. I tried deleting and reloading the app from the app store before and after shutting my iphone 6s down. It still won't play audio.

I have an iPhone 6s. The app will play videos but with no sound! So frustrating!

i didn’t have any trouble creating an account using my email and then logging in. idk about the “vote before they sing” comments but i’ll see on sunday when it airs. hopefully we get to see the performances before voting because that would be pretty ridiculous otherwise.

A customer that cares
Everything works except the most important thing in the app. Voting. And depending how many people this is happening to, could change the voting outcome and your favorite artist being kicked off the show! All of the people unable to vote, complaints, still nothing fixed. And having to vote before show????? Terrible idea. How do you know how they are going to perform. The last season that the show was on you could vote until show started and it lasted I think until 7:00 am the following day. I think the show is now rigged.

I honestly have no idea why people say it doesn’t work. Seriously, there is nothing wrong with it!! I have had this app for a while now, and I have never had a problem-truthfully. The American Idol app is a great idea, I love it, and there is no problems. And, if you are reading this, VOTE FOR ADA VOX!!! I <3 her!!
