I put my daughters birthdate in. She wasn’t old enough and it wouldn’t let me put in a different birthdate in, so I deleted the app and then re-downloaded it. When you delete a app, it says it will delete ALL the data, but when I re-downloaded it, it still wouldn’t let me put my REAL birthdate in it, it still said I was to young. That means the app didn’t delete all the data, and instead kept it. Which, on my part, is unfair. You should fix this.

I love the show but the app doesn’t let me vote for American Idol. NEED TO FIX THIS APP!!

I’ve been doing technology since DOS and this is the worst written app! No less than 7-8 steps to sign up through ABC via Facebook then confirmation through parent company Disney. Trust me you be getting Disney vacation offers through your email and who knows what other personal info they now have. Clicking decline on emails means nothing they have your info to market now. Great way to ruin something fun. And my wife’s version for voting looks different than mine and we downloaded at the same time!
This app is a mess

It took forever to set up an account, it redirects you too many times then once I was logged in, I voted for some of the contestants then was kicked out before I could save the votes. When I logged back in, all my votes were lost and I had to do it over again. When I tapped the “save votes” button, I had to prove I was not a robot!!!! SERIOUSLY?!!! I’ve never had this problem with the Voice app, not bothering with Idol again.

My app does not let me listen to anything. I can watch auditions and performances but I can’t hear anything. It got two stars because at the very least I can vote.

MARCIO SHOULD BE IN TOP 10 AND BE IN SECOND OR FIRST WITH CATIE! CATIE IS IN TOP 10 SO THEY BOTH SHOULD WIN TIES MAN TIES! MARCIO AND CATIE AND MADDIE AND ADA SHOULD ALL WIN IN A TIE! UGH ALSO YOU NEED A KIDS AMERICAN IDOL ( has nothing to do with app ) BECAUSE KIDS HAVE GOOD VOICES AND SHOULD GO ON AMERICAN IDOL LIKE 9 YEAR OLDS HAVE GREAT VOICES BUT CANT GO ON AMERICAN IDOL! ALSO THIS APP DESERVES 0
