I really want to like this app, but it either freezes on me or tells me I can't buy something in the app. I always try the app, and I always have to just go to the website. Please fix it, because it could be great.

When I go and view the item it won't let me slide through the pictures as well as I can't push any of the on screen button like add to cart or add to list and when it does let me click the buttons I just get a white screen adjust plz I loved the app before this

The music is good. The tv/movie service isn't Netflix in selection. The store although good the "prime" service is were it is deceptive. Prime Members have "two day shipping" and after the first few shipments you make orders you finalize them and the next day amazon has pushed back to three day after contacting amazon, "akhill" the great email sender of amazon told me to just wait forget principle and hey if you don't get it by the following week amazon will refund. This is what Amazon Prime members can expect on the store side.

I just recently decided to download this app. I have an Amazon account and I love shopping on there. I downloaded this app because it would be easier to check the status of my packages without being in front of a computer. But with the new update recently as well; this app has taken a turn for the worse. It's horrible now. Because adds start popping up in my other apps from the from the Amazon app! Telling me to click ok so I can read an article! And the reason I know it's from your stupid app is because it says it on the add!! Your app is trash. Will not be downloading it again.

I actually prefer this app over the actual website. Everything is very smooth to operate and well laid out. Amazon is always to my go to!
