Crap — captcha is freaking bull crap on this app

The captcha does not work. I spent a while after logging in having to login a separate page while entering captcha — it didn’t matter how I entered the letters/numbers, it always said it was incorrect. Finally I just deleted the freaking crap from my phone. This being “g” rated version of my written review!

Its not working at all and wont let me sign into my account. Have student prime account wont even let me access my shows
Still needs to be updated for iPhone X.

You aren’f going to beat netflix if you can’t update your apps to support the latest devices in a timely manner.
Riveting movies

As the title says. I can’t stop watching. One problem. I’m out of the country (in Bermuda) for extended time and many of the movies are not available.
Frustrating Bug!

I use prime video and stream to my Apple TV using the mirroring feature on the app. But I can’t get through 10 minutes of any show that it just stops and crashes on my TV, then I spend the next 20-25 minutes trying to get it to mirror again and it doesn’t! Half the time it just loads for hours, other times the audio will go through the tv but the video will be on the phone. If this doesn’t improve I’m going to stop using prime

App never works. Always lagging and never reliable. Only works when connected to WiFi When using wireless data it plays for three minutes then lags and then crashes Been this way for over a year Please fire the developers

Side note-- this is my third round with this app, and I won’t bother again. I just gave it another try (hoping to have access to a Christmas movie for my kids) but once again found the same frustrations. Others have described this problem with this app: Things in the "Watchlist" are behind a paywall AND CAN’T BE PURCHASED OR RENTED in the app. The "how do I watch this?" gives literally zero instructions. Apparently, rentals and purchases can't be made in-app... Which negates the convenient purpose of an app. Also, I take issue with Amazon Video in general, as most things I have wanted to watch are behind a paywall. We pay for the membership, and we also have to pay for the privilege of using it? Amazon, if you're going to make us pay to play movies in your app, then at least FIX THE APP so we can.
